I want to own a kindergarten.Even I still single MALE, but I want to own a kindergarten, to be a principal.
Last week onwards, I busying in identify the suitable property and location, but I have decided the franchise agent.
There is a kindergarten open for sale, but the location are not strategy enough, due to many established competitors.Even the area is quite big and quiet, 50 length and 80 width.The house behind the kindergarten intend to sale, i thinking to own that house also and extend the kindergarten.
But the problem now is the age of house and kindergarten already 20 ++ years, and again, there is many establish competitors in surrounding.
So, guys what is your opinion on my situation, please advise me.
