Early Harvest 2008

Yummy! Autumn is the time of harvest. We planted some tomatoes and zucchini during early summer in our garden, and now we are starting to see some results:

Zucchini:

Tomatoes:

We tried planting green peppers and other vegetables but never worked out.

Usually I either cut them up and make Garden Salad, or fried them with scrambled eggs to make Vegetarian Omelette.

It tasted pretty good but I want to try different new.

Do you know any other ways to make meal out of tomatoes and zucchini?
