Enclosed is my today’s writing, you could easily know why I am busy in the coming several weeks when you have spare time to read this message.  I am still taking the depth of consideration on two models of private mobility.  The price of such two cars is both around HK$150, 000.  Please feel free to give your comment or views for Honda – Jazz or Toyota – Prius if you have.  One really hurt situation but I don’t know how to face is that: May be I haven’t enough concentration on driving now.  Be worst be bad.

Request for Cancellation of booking from 21/11/2008 to 24/11/2008

Dear Madam LAU;

I very much appreciate your staff – MR. LEE, one officer of the rental section.  His enthusiasm and helpful support has really impressed me when I have firstly joined your short term self-drive hire scheme from 7/11/2008 to 10/11/2008. 

Although I haven’t found any hurt for myself, the body of car which I hired has just been examined a scrape.  The charge of damage is against my expectation.  The feeling I suffered in the crash were quite insignificant, but despite this scrape with accident, I intend to give up another booking from 21/11/2008 to 24/11/2008. 

I fully realize the troubles that this cancellation will cause you, but trust you will appreciate that it is a matter entirely beyond my control and comply with my request.
