| | They are changing the organisation structure again. This time will impact me big time. Been changing since the first merger with XX company. Then there's a de-layering of the XFunction in the company... Where I am. Was being pushed to another organisation. Good thing at that time, I am still quite a niche. Thus, command power is different.
Now another merger, this will impact me. Same team that does the same function exist in the other organisation. No sure, of what is the capabilities of the people there. I am sure, I will be disadvantage due to no boss to protect me.
It's ok, I tell myself, not the only one on the chopping board. Maybe a rest is good. Been working since very young.
I been a newspaper delivery gal when at 11 years old. Done teaching at older age, worked for toy production during holidays, worked as a hawker helper during teenager time. Work as technician when I was persueing my polytechnic certification for Engineering. Worked for couple of years before I went back to school for Degree in Engineering..
I think this time, if I can rest, I would really take a breather. Been so busy since 18 years old.
Never think of future as I just work. Do the best I can provide at that moment.
Future? Not something i can think of.... maybe no future, but I am sure I will still work.
