Jimmy S.P.A. was founded in 2000 to manage the Jimmy Liao brand, and has worked tirelessly for more than two decades managing Jimmy Liao’s art and creating cultural branding. The company started by licensing illustrations for marketing and merchandise purposes then later expanded into performance art and film adaptations, and more recently into exhibitions and public art installations. The company has worked hard to express the spirit and unique charm of Jimmy's art in multiple fields while striking a delicate balance between the artistic and commercial demands, entertainment and educational needs, and the depth and breadth of his vision. We have innovated ways to create added value from his picture books and become an aspiring example of how artistic content may be transformed into a cultural brand.

Jimmy S.P.A. Plus Co., Ltd.
As the company continued to grow, Jimmy S.P.A. Plus was eventually founded in 2014, on the 15th anniversary of Jimmy S.P.A., as a dedicated subsidiary specialized in the management of film and television adaptations, performances and exhibitions, public art installations, themed spaces, and international partnerships. Over the years, we have played an instrumental role in projects such as the Yilan Cultural Corridor (Jimmy's Square, the Starry Train at Yilan Train Station, and the Happy Station), the Moon Bus in front of the Sinyi Realty Inc Headquarters in Taipei Xinyi Special District, the public art and themed trains along the Danhai Light Rail Green Mountain line in New Taipei City, the art installations in Bitan, the art exhibition at the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, and the art exhibition at the Northern Alps Art Festival. Jimmy S.P.A. Plus connects stories, aesthetics, lifestyle, people, and environment together to create localized art that both helps the public get acquainted with a sense of beauty and promotes tourism for the region that the project is based in.

Jimmy S.P.A. (Shanghai) was founded in China to protect our original copyright, increase our brand flexibility, and respond to market trends as well as consumer demands in the region. Staying true to its mother company's brand strategy, Jimmy S.P.A. (Shanghai) developed and grew both as an early pioneer in the cultural industry in China and as an ever-diverse company in the modern entertainment landscape flooded by intellectual properties and ACG content. As we expanded the reach of the Jimmy Liao IP product chain, we held innovation and creativity close to our hearts and flexibly adapted Jimmy's artistic vision to any format that suited its form.
